ASSIGNMENT OF REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT
THIS ASSIGNMENT is made this _(1)_ day of __(2)__, 19_(3)_ by (4) (hereinafter referred to as "Assignor") to (5) (hereinafter referred to as "Assignee").
W I T N E S S E T H :
